Cigarette Production Process

Tobacco Processing

Tobacco processing is the upstream preparation stage. Raw tobacco is cleaned, humidified, blended and cut into consistent tobacco shreds with stable moisture and flavour, ready for cigarette rolling.

Material Preparation

Auxiliary materials including cigarette paper, filter rods and packaging materials are inspected and supplied for production

Cigarette Making

Tobacco shreds are rolled with paper and combined with filter tips to produce standard cigarettes

Cigarette Packing

Finished cigarettes are packed into packs, cartons and outer cases by automatic packaging equipment
