1. Techology
The old model maker was used in China at 60-70s last century. it works without air pumps, no electric box, just carding drums , a steal container , with one motor,and the GARNITURE ASSY S.A., and knife part.
Our new model maker, with the printing logo function on the cigarette rolling paper, air pumps to blow the cut tobacco, tobacco transmit part,and high speed cutting part and so on.
2. Speed
The old maker make cigarette with the speed of 200-300 CPM,(cigarette per minute) but our new maker can reach 800-1000 CPM.
3. Cigarette quality.
The old maker use the Gravity feeding , physically working according to the gravity. It can not guarantee the cut tobacco uniform distribution in the rolling paper. maybe the cigarette inside is empty, not full rolling. rejection rate may reach 20%. Our machine is blowing with air pumps, make the cut tobacco rolling average and fully, so can guarantee the cigarette quality, rejection rate is low than 5%.
We have a hopper with new technology, similar like MARK8 hopper but a smaller one. it would add cut tobacco automaticliy and evenly.Please check the picture attached for hopper for reference.
